One Box, One Visit: Meeting Residents in Şirinevler and Bahçelievler

We at NEX BIRLIK met residents in Şirinevler and Bahçelievler during the “Bir Kutu, Bir Ziyaret” (One Box, One Visit) social communication project, held between 04.02 and 02.03.

In one-to-one conversations, we listened to residents describe their daily lives, shopping habits and economic circumstances. The project aimed to understand what residents need and exchange ideas about improving quality of life.

We asked about living costs, shopping preferences, neighbourhood life, changes in living conditions compared with the past, and group shopping. Residents also shared their views on how free points, coupons and discounts could contribute to the family budget.

We introduced the NEX BIRLIK group-shopping system and explained how it offers access to more affordable shopping across different product categories. The feedback we received will guide our future projects.

We will continue to communicate directly with residents, listen to their needs and develop projects that bring different benefits to more people.
