NexBirlik pyramid scheme claims: what to check in commission terms

Assess NexBirlik pyramid scheme questions by examining product sales, joining fees, the source of commissions and written participation terms separately.

The company's answer to the NexBirlik pyramid scheme question, as reported in the source text, is no. It describes itself as an online shop selling products, with commissions to encourage sales and referrals. Readers need to examine the written plan and actual transactions that support that position. The presence of products alone does not prove the nature of an income model.

Separate shopping from an offer to participate

A customer buying a product and someone joining a program for sales, team building or member invitations are in different situations. For a purchase, read price, delivery, return and payment terms. If income or commission is offered, request participation and cancellation terms separately in writing. Do not evaluate both transactions under one heading.

Questions about the NexBirlik income model

Do rewards come from product sales to real customers or from new participants' membership and payments? Are product purchases, membership, training or other fees compulsory to start or remain active? Can unsold products be returned? Are expenses included in income examples? Postpone the offer if you are pushed to decide before being given time to read the documents.

The FTC's US consumer guide recommends examining sales to outside customers, recruitment, continuing purchases, costs and return terms in multilevel sales models. That guide is neither a decision about NexBirlik's model nor its legal classification in Türkiye.

The company's commission explanation

In the Azerbaijani source text, the company says commissions encourage product sales and referrals and are not intended to collect a separate entry fee. It also states that half the advertising budget is shared with members. These positions do not verify a particular participation plan in Türkiye or an individual's income.

Which orders create commission, how does cancellation affect the calculation and which expenses does the referrer pay? Can commission come from product sales to outside customers without bringing in new members? Examine the official plan, fees and sales records together. A similarly named program at another company does not establish that the terms are the same.

Examine documents and costs together

Obtain complete, dated copies of the plan, contract, bonus and return rules. Consider whether the product could be sold at that price to an independent buyer. Deduct product purchases, delivery, training and advertising costs from an income example. A single successful participant's story is not proof of typical results or average earnings.

Ask for clarification if a spoken promise conflicts with a written clause. Find out when a bonus arises and what happens after cancellation. Do not pay before seeing the documents; a promise absent from the contract can be difficult to prove later.

Questions buyers often ask

Must I invite others if I only buy a product? Look for the answer in the order and applicable purchase terms; ask in writing before payment if an obligation exists. Is commission guaranteed income? No; its conditions, amount and expenses must be assessed separately. Does a large discount prove that the model is suspicious? The percentage alone does not establish that conclusion.

This article does not classify NexBirlik as a pyramid scheme or independently refute the allegation. The existence, operation and income source of a program cannot be established from its public homepage. Consult a relevant local expert or authority for legal classification.
